Scripture memorization is a pillar in our homeschooling. Several years ago I began compiling a list of verses and passages that I wanted my kiddos to hide in their hearts and created a system for doing so. Each scripture set includes ten verses/passages and a sticker chart for tracking progress. Every passage includes one card per verse and builds off of the first. In our family, we enjoy friendly competitions and prizes to motivate and encourage diligence, and we practice together every morning.
