Well, it’s been a while huh. Life has been busy… still is… and will probably continue to be so through Christmas. Here’s a little update…

Darci is laughing, Nevan still won’t use the potty, there’s snow on the ground and I’ve been working extra so that I can buy hubby’s surprise Christmas present. Ummm… our box of Christmas ornaments, stockings, decorations etc. was apparently taken to Goodwill last spring when we moved, so that really stinks. My family is coming to church on Christmas eve to hear me sing, and I recently agreed to host my family’s Christmas eve festivities so that my mom can focus on Christmas day. We are a little bit behind in school work, but should be caught up by the end of the week. I spent the weekend in Minneapolis with four girlfriends and had an awesome time. We “shopped till we dropped” on Saturday at the Mall of America, we saw Triple Espresso (absolutely hilarious!) and we went to John Pipers church before driving home on Sunday. Twas a wonderful girls weekend (well, five girls and Cletus anyway)! What else… I have my first home party for my business this Thursday, so I’m pretty excited about that. Oh, and last week I discovered that the grocery store is selling Egg Nog… yes, I have some of that delicious stuff in my fridge, two different kinds in fact. Well, baby girl is crying, I’m sure she missed me all weekend… did I mention that my weekend away was without any kids. 🙂
